Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin (chilled)
Mango puree 1½ cup
Fresh cream 2 cup (whipped)
Mango pieces 2 cup (chopped)
Mango essence ½ tsp
Cooking Directions
Chill evaporated milk for 6 hours, beat until double in volume.
Mix in condensed milk.
Fold in mango puree, cream, mango essence and chopped mango pieces.
Put in air tight container and freeze until set.
