Veg Lollipop







Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 kg
Cornflour 350g
All purpose flour 150g
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Chilli paste 3 tsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Vinegar 2 tsp
Chilli sauce 3 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Oil for frying






Cooking Directions

Cut long and big slices of cauliflower.

Boil Cauliflower adding 1/2 spoon salt, remove cauliflower from water when its half done. Remove excess water from it.

Add remaining all ingredients and mix well.

Now deep fry it by putting each slice individually one by one in pan, leave for few minutes as it turn golden brown then turn it and fry other side. Do not stir again and again.

As it comes golden brown completely, its ready to serve.
