Spicy Egg Masala Macaroni
Ingredients
Macaroni 200 gm
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato 2 (finely chopped)
Carrot 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum 1 (finally chopped)
Eggs 2 (beaten)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Cook the macaroni according to packet directions.
Heat oil in pan and golden brown onion then sauté ginger garlic paste.
Now add capsicum and carrot and sauté until cook properly.
Then add tomato and cook tomato until mashed.
Season with red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Add eggs and stir nicely.
Now add cooked macaroni and toss gently so everything combines.
Serve hot.
