Prawn Salsa
Ingredients
Prawns 300 gm (boiled, chopped)
Capsicum 1
Tomatoes 2 (boiled, chopped)
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Green chilies 4
Cucumber 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Finely chop capsicum, tomatoes, garlic, onion, green chilies and cucumber.
Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped garlic.
Sauté till golden brown.
Now add all the chopped vegetables, corn, lemon juice, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and salt.
Mix well and fry for a few minutes.
Lastly add boiled chopped prawns and mix well.
Dish it out and serve.
