Potato in Soy Sauce
Ingredients
Potatoes 2
Green chili 1
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes and wash starch of potatoes under running water.
Now in a frying pan heat oil add butter, garlic slices and green chili and saute.
Add potatoes and fry till potatoes get translucent.
Add half cup of water soy sauce, brown sugar and salt stir spoon and let simmer on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or till potatoes tender.
Remove from heat dish out and drizzle sesame oil and 1/4 tsp of sesame.
Serve with rice as side dish.
