Mutton Macaroni Curry








Ingredients

Mutton ½ kg
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Green chilies (ground) 1 tbsp
Garlic ginger 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Onion (sliced) 1
Macaroni (boiled) ½ cup
Ingredients for Garnishing:
French Fries 1 cup
Egg (boiled) 1
Tomato (rings) 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp




Cooking Directions

Marinate mutton with coriander powder, green chili paste, ginger garlic, turmeric, garam masala powder and salt.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds and onion in it. Fry till light golden.

Add marinated mutton with half cup water fry till oil floats on top.

Then add 1 and half cup water and cook till mutton is tender.

Now mix in the boiled macaroni. Remove to a serving bowl.

Garnish with fries, boiled egg, tomato rings and coriander leaves.
