Indian Fried Noodles









Ingredients

Egg noodles ½ packet
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Green onion 2 – 3 sticks
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Potato 1 (boiled)
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Egg 2 (beaten)
Green chili 3 to 4 (sliced)
Oil ½ cup
Salt as required
Green coriander for garnish




Cooking Directions

First put noodles into hot water, add 2 tbsp of oil and boil it for 3 – 5 minutes.

Then take it out and wash it with cool water.

When it comes to room temperature, put it on a side.

Put oil in a pan and cook onion and ginger garlic paste in it for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add tomato, green onion, bay leaves, red chili, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce in it and mix it well and stir fry it for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add egg and mix it well.

Put potato in it and mix it.

In the end add noodles and dish it out in a serving plate.

Garnish it with green chili and green coriander.
