Gobi Matar Masala










Ingredients

Olive oil 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Potato 1 (thinly sliced)
Carrot 1 (thinly sliced)
Peas 1/4 cup
Cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)
Tomato 1 (diced)
Tomato puree 2 tsp
Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp




Cooking Directions

Heat olive oil in a noon-stick pan, stir fry cumin and red chili powder for a while.
Then add potato, carrot, peas and cabbage; cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring.
Now add tomato and tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add green chili, salt, garam masala and turmeric. Cook until all vegetables get soften.
Dish out and serve with chappati.
