Fish Curry






Ingredients

Fish boneless 300 gm
Yogurt 200 gm
Onion 1 (crushed)
Green chilies 3 – 4
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
All spice powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
Mustard paste 3 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste



Cooking Directions

In a microwave proof mixing bowl whip yogurt.

Now add fish cubes with mustard powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder,
coriander powder, all spice powder, crushed black pepper, onion, oil and salt.

Mixed all the ingredients and placed in the microwave for 13 minutes on 100% M.

Keep mixing it with the help of spoon and in the end dish out the fish fillets.

And garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
