Chinese Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Chicken wings ½ kg (with skin)
Chicken cube 1
Egg white 2-3
Black pepper crushed 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Brown sugar 2tbsp
Corn flour 2-3tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a mixing bowl mix ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, brown sugar, corn flour, black pepper crushed, egg white, chicken cube and salt to taste. Marinate chicken wings in the mixture.
Heat oil on medium flame to deep fry the chicken wings.
When wings are tender dish out and serve.
