Chinese Chicken Fried Rice










Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg (cooked cubes)
Oil ½ tbsp
Onion 1 (chopped)
Soy sauce 6 tbsp
Carrot 2 (large, diced)
Coriander leaves ½ cup (chopped)
Red bell pepper 1 (large, diced)
Fresh pea ¾ cup
Green bell pepper ½ (large, diced)
White rice 3 Cup (boiled)
Eggs 2




Cooking Directions

In a pan heat oil. Add onion and saute until soft.

Then add chicken and 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes.

Stir in carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and stir fry another 5 minutes.

Then add rice and stir thoroughly.

Finally, stir in scrambled eggs and leftover soy sauce, heat through and serve hot.
