Crispy Mutton Strips
Ingredients
Mutton mince 300 gm
Onion 1 medium
Spring onion 1
Green chilies 2, 3
White bread slices 6, 7
Egg 1
Onion 1
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Add together mutton mince, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, spring onion and garlic paste in chopper and chopperize well.
Remove mixture in a bowl add egg, corn flour, flour, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
Discard crust of bread slices, press well with a rolling pin.
Now spread mince mixture on bread slices and roll in them like swiss rolls.
Heat oil in wok and deep fry remove on absorbent paper and serve with sauce.
