Chili Paneer







Ingredients

For Batter:
Cheese 250 gm cubed
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 6 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Hot water 1 large bowl
Oil ½ cup for frying
For gravy:
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Green chili 2-3 diagonally
Garlic cloves 3
Green capsicum 1 large cubed
Onion 1 large cubed
Spring onion 1 bowl




Cooking Directions

Cut Cheese in to small fine cubes and soak into hot water for 15 minutes.

In a bowl put corn flour, all purpose flour, black pepper, garlic paste, soya sauce and salt add some water and make thin batter.

Now take out Cheese from water and add into batter, mix well.

Heat oil in frying pan and add Cheese fry till golden, remove from oil keep a side.

For Gravy: In a bowl add soya sauce, chili sauce, green chili paste and chicken powder mix well set a side.

Now in same pan add garlic and green chilies sauté till aroma comes.

Now add capsicum and onion cubes sprinkle salt and black pepper and fry for a while.

Add sauces mixture and fried cheese toss well to mix.

Sprinkle spring onion and dish out serve with fried rice.

Note: Soy sauce and chicken powder has enough salt first check and adjust salt according to your taste.
