Chicken Nasegorian Rice






Ingredients

Basmati rice 250 gm
Chicken 150 gm
Oil 100 ml
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Eggs 2
Spring onions 2 – 3 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Peanuts 2 tbsp (roasted)
Soy sauce 2 – 3 tbsp
Salt and black pepper to taste



Cooking Directions

Soak rice for half an hour.

Boil rice until 1/3 cooked and dish out on a tray to let dry.

Chop chicken in julienne shape.

Then add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, turmeric and salt and black pepper to taste and marinate.

In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil.

Add marinated chicken and stir.

Also add roasted peanuts, peanut butter, boiled rice and salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.

Fry chopped onions until golden brown.

Cook eggs into omelet and cut into small pieces.

Garnish Chicken Nasegorien Rice with omelet and fresh coriander and serve.
